Our Story
RampantROI was founded in 2026 by Rehaan Ali Ahmed and Akram Miah — two Manchester Metropolitan University graduates who started the firm to focus entirely on patient acquisition for UK private medical practices.
The focus is deliberate. Rehaan's professional work came through an NHS opportunity at Salford Royal Hospital and work experience at a Manchester pharmacy. Both gave him a working feel for how healthcare environments operate. Akram studied Cybersecurity at Manchester Met (2025) and brings the technical infrastructure side — the systems, automations, and reporting that make the agency run properly.
We launched small on purpose. Local, focused, doing one thing well rather than trying to be everything to everyone.
